- Thin Layer Coating Mold Head
Used for 20-80um thick.
- Double-layer Micrometer Adjustment Die Head
Two layers of liquid film are coated with the substrate at the same time. The transverse weight of the upper liquid film is adjusted through the micrometer, and the transverse weight of the lower liquid film can be adjusted by pushing the pull rod.
- Single-layer Micrometer Adjustment Die Head
The substrate is coated with a layer of liquid film, and the transverse weight is adjusted through the micrometer, which can be quantified, and the mold head is not deformed. It is an upgrade product of differential screw adjustment mold head.
- Fully Automatic Adjustment Die Head
With the data feedback by the thickness meter, the mold head automatically adjusts the transverse weight in real time.
- Differential Screw Adjustment Die Head
The lateral weight is fine-tuned by adjusting the screws.
